Shipments to Italy and abroad are sent by entrusting us to GLS or Sda. As required by the laws regulating trade, invoices declaring the value of the individual items are attached to all shipments.

Orders are shipped from Jonessio from Monday to Friday by 2.30 pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to availability of the goods, payment will be charged on the day of the order. Jonessio reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.

In any case the shipment will be delivered to the customer within 24-48 hours.
