What are the shipping times and within how many days will I receive the purchased goods?
Delivery will take place approximately within 24/48 hours of receiving the order. For the islands, Calabria, delivery could take place within 48/72 hours of receiving the order.
Once I receive the order, how long do I have to return it?
From receiving the order you have 14 working days (including Saturdays) to return the goods to the address:

I placed the order and more than 3 days have passed, why have I not received my package yet?
On almost all products, delivery is expected within 24/48 hours, but there are some products (e.g. shoes, tailored garments or garments from foreign companies) that can take up to 10 working days. The expected delivery is shown in the product sheet of each item. If it is not present, it means that the product is available in stock and will respect the expected delivery times.

Have you received my return? How will I be informed of receipt?
When we receive the return, our Returns & Exchanges office will subject the garments to a thorough quality control. You will be contacted by telephone or in the case of no response via WhatsApp, to ensure that we have received your return and everything is going well.
If you return the goods after the 14 days allowed, they will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

I have the wrong shipping address, how can I change it?
We always invite you to pay attention to the shipping address provided, in case of error contact support immediately. We will reply to you with confirmation of the address change.
